* We gave memo with list of demands to Rail Ministry before the budget through NPRD* But, the Budget totally ignored the crores & crores of disabled citizens

* Even it is not ready consider the demands to facilitate without sanctioning separate funds like 

     --   *Concessional E-ticketing facility 

     -- * to recognise general disability certificate given by the state instead of asking              separate certificate -  

* Still long way to go for universal designed - accessible platforms, coaches.

* Assurances given in the last budget not yet fulfilled
