Divya ENT Hospital organised a daylong workshop especially on Mother’s Day at Narmada Bhawan, Tulsi Nagar, Bhopal on Sunday for the parents of hearing impaired children.
In this workshop a detailed inside of Cochlear Implant was given to the parents, where the experts not only from Bhopal but also from Indore gave their talk to the parents.
Dr Atul Kataria, Dr Dhramendra Jha, Dr Salaj Bhatnagar and Dr Isha Jain delivered and gave detailed information on entire procedure of cochlear implant.
The workshop was attended by more than 90 parents from different parts of Madhya Pradesh.
Divya ENT Hospital Bhopal has been rendering quality services for hearing impaired children from last 4 years helping the children to get rid of deafness from their life by giving cochlear implants to these deaf children.
Dr SP Dubey is one the renowned Cochlear Implant surgeon of India who has done over 600 implants and given new life to children.
Atul, a resident of Baghmugalia Bhopal, parent of an impaired child shared his views during the workshop, sayinf that this workshop gave a lot of useful insights and dos and don’ts about the parenting and care of such children.
Smita who came from Vijay Nagar, Indore said, “We were worried about the surgery of our impaired child because he is just one year old, but today out doubts got cleared and we understood the fact that getting the Cochlear implant as soon and possible helps the child in training and getting back to normal life early in their life.”
