TN Govt's "Spl Teacher Course" against law - seeks CM intervention

*   Special Teachers Course for Mentally Challenged run by state diff abled dept 

    not        recognised under Rehabilitation Council of India-RCI for many years.  This is against law

*   It is mandatory under RCI Act to get recognition of course as well the teaching 

    professional

*   About this unlawful training, mentally challenged rights activists has taken to 

    the     notice of the dept many years back itself.  

*   Though the state govt spending lacks of money every year, it goes vain

*   The special teahcers who have completed the course have not recognised even 

     by SSA-IED dept.  This course will not be eligible in any other state

*   Hence, TARATDAC demands CM's intervention & ask her to order to 

     investigate about this unlawful training course

*   Also demands not to run this course without RCI recognition
