புதுச்சேரி காதுகேளாதோர் சங்கம் சார்பில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் பங்கேற்ற கோரிக்கை ஊர்வலம் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை நடத்தப்பட்டது.

ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபை அறிவிப்பின்படி, உலக காதுகேளாதோருக்கான வாரம் செப்டம்பர் 26 முதல் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக சுமார் 200 மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் பங்கேற்ற ஊர்வலம் நடைபெற்றது.

இதில் அனைத்து அரசுத் துறைகளில் செய்கை மொழி பெயர்ப்பாளர் பணியிடம் உருவாக்கவும், காது கேளாதோருக்கான ஒரு சதவீத இடஒதுக்கீட்டை அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் பணியிடங்களில் உறுதி செய்திடவும், இருசக்கர வாகனம் ஓட்டுவதற்கு மறுக்கப்பட்டு வரும் ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம் கிடைத்திடவும், காது கேளாதோருக்கான தனி வேலை வாய்ப்பு முகாமை அரசு நடத்த வேண்டும்.

புதுச்சேரியில் சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பணியிடங்களை உடனடியாக நிரப்ப வேண்டும் என்பன உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகள் ஊர்வலத்தின்போது வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டன.

சங்கத் தலைவர் ஆர்.சரவணன் தலைமை வகித்தார். செயலாளர் பி.ஜி.பாலமுருகன் வரவேற்றார். சமூக நலத்துறை இயக்குநர் கே.உத்தமன் பேரணியைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். சமூக ஆர்வலர் வெ.பெருமாள் சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினார்.

கார்கில் நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் தொடங்கிய பேரணி, டூப்ளே சிலை அருகே முடிவடைந்தது.

சென்னையில் புதன்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான 8-ஆவது அகில இந்திய விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளின் தொடக்க விழாவில் மாற்றுத்திறன் வீரர்களின் அணிவகுப்பு மரியாதையை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் (இடமிருந்து) அகில இந்திய மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் மறுவாழ்வு மைய நிறுவனர் என்.ஆர்.தனபாலன், தொழிலதிபர் வி.ஜி.சந்தோசம், அரிமா மாவட்ட கவர்னர் கே.எஸ்.கண்ணன், தொழிலதிபர் எச்.வசந்தகுமார். (வலது) அணிவகுப்பில் பங்கேற்ற மாற்றுத்திறன் வீரர்கள்.

மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான 8-ஆவது அகில இந்திய விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகள் சென்னையில் புதன்கிழமை தொடங்கின.

இந்தப் போட்டிகளை தொழிலதிபர் எச்.வசந்தகுமார் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

சென்னை நேரு பூங்காவில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு விளையாட்டு மேம்பாட்டு ஆணைய மைதானத்தில் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (செப்.26) வரை இந்தப் போட்டிகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன.

இதுகுறித்து அகில இந்திய மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் மறுவாழ்வு மைய நிறுவனர் என்.ஆர்.தனபாலன் கூறியது:

சர்வதேச அளவில் விளையாட்டு வளர்ச்சிக்கு பல்வேறு உதவிகளைப் புரிந்த, இந்திய ஒலிம்பிக் சங்க முன்னாள் தலைவர் மறைந்த பா.சிவந்தி ஆதித்தனின் பிறந்த நாளை முன்னிட்டு இந்தப் போட்டிகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன.

அரிமா மாவட்டம் 324ஏ5, அகில இந்திய மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் மறுவாழ்வு மையம் ஆகியவை இணைந்து இந்தப் போட்டிகளுக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளன.

இதில் தடகளம், கூடைப்பந்து, கைப்பந்து உள்ளிட்ட 50 வகையான போட்டிகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன.

இந்தப் போட்டிகளில், இந்தியா முழுவதிலுமிருந்து 24 மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்த 800-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாற்றுத்திறன் வீரர், வீராங்கனைகள் பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர்.

இந்தப் போட்டிகள் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (செப்.26) வரை நடைபெறும்.

சர்வதேச அளவில் பதக்கம் வென்ற வீரர்களும் இந்தப் போட்டிகளில் பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர்.

போட்டிகளின் இறுதியில் சாம்பியன் பட்டம் வெல்லும் அணிக்கு சிவந்தி ஆதித்தனார் நினைவுச் சுழல்கோப்பை வழங்கப்படும் என்றார்.

தஞ்சையில் மாற்றுத் திறனாளி பெண்ணை வன்புணர்வு செய்த நான்குபேர் கொண்ட கும்பல் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று அப்ப்பெண்ணின் உறவினர்கள் சாலை மறியல் செய்ததால் அங்கு பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.

தஞ்சை கீழவாசல் சின்னையாபிள்ளை தெருவைச் சேர்ந்தவர் அப்துல்அஜீத். இவரது மகள் பானு (32). மாற்றுத்திறனாளி (வாய்பேச முடியாதவர், மிகவும் ஏழை)இவரை நேற்றுமுன்தினம் 4 பேர் கொண்ட கும்பல் காரில் கடத்திச் சென்று ஒரத்தநாடு பகுதியில் வைத்து பலாத்காரம் செய்துள்ளனர். மேலும் அந்த பெண்ணை சரமாரியாகத் தாக்கியுள்ளனர். இதில் பானுவின் உடல்நிலை மிகவும் மோச மாகி விட்டது. எனவே சம்பந்தபட்டவர்கள் மீது உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்ணுடன் சேர்ந்து சுமார் 50 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் தஞ்சை கீழவாசல் சிலை அருகே சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதனால் அங்கு பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.

இதனை அடுத்து அங்கு வந்த காவல்துறையினர் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதாக உறவினர்களிடம் உறுதி கூறியதைத் தொ டர்ந்து மறியல் போராட்டத்தை கை விட்டனர். மேலும் இச்சம்பவத்தில் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கக்கோரி கால்வதுறையிடம் பானுவின் உறவினர்கள் புகார் அளித்துள்ளனர்.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/ document verification.

Examination Fee:

Candidates should pay Rs.100/- for UR/ OBC Male candidates through online using Net Banking or debit/ credit card (service charges apply for all other banks, other than SBI, which will be borne by the candidates) or through Challan form in SBI Branch, or Computerized Post Office Pay-in-Slip in SBI Branch (service charges apply). SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Disability (PWD)/ Women/ Minorities and EBC candidates are exempted from fee.

HOW TO APPLY:

Candidates are required to apply ONLINE to any one RRB ONLY, separately for SSE and/or JE group, depending upon their eligibility, on the website of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) as indicated in Para 15. Detailed instructions for filling up ONLINE applications are available on the website of RRB(s). Brief Instructions to fill up the same are given in Para Nos. 5 and 5 (A) of this notification. Application to more than one RRB for the same group will lead to rejection of all the applications for that group.

LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:

The ONLINE application, complete in all respects, can be submitted to RRB concerned upto 19.10.2014 till 23.59 Hrs. No physical copy of application is required to be sent to RRBs.

CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT:- (i) Written examination for JE Group – Grade pay Rs 4200/- (Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical &Metallurgical Assistant)will be held on 14.12.2014 and for SSE Group – Grade pay Rs 4600/- (Senior Section Engineer, Chief Depot Material Superintendent,) on 21.12.2014 (on the same day by all Participating RRBs). (ii) As the examination is to be held by all RRBs simultaneously, candidates can submit ONLINE application to any one RRB only, for each group applications of candidates at any stage of recruitment process in case the candidates are not fulfilling the requisite criteria, and if appointed, such a candidate(s) are liable to be removed from service summarily. (d) Before applying for any post, candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility norms including educational qualification(s) and medical standard(s) (Refer Para 9). Candidates should ensure that they have requisite Educational/Technical qualifications from recognized Board/University/ Institute as on the date of submission of the application for this Centralised Employment Notice. Those awaiting results of the final examination need NOT apply.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

AGE LIMIT: The lower and upper age limit indicated for a particular post(s) in the vacancy table will be reckoned as on 01.01.2015. The upper age limit is relaxable as under, subject to submission of requisite certificates: By 5 years for SC/ST candidates. By 3 years for OBC candidates. No age relaxation is allowed to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies. For Ex-Servicemen, up to the extent of service rendered in Defence, plus 3 years, provided they have put in more than 6 months service after attestation. By 5 years for candidates who have ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989. By 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) (13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST) Upper age limit in case of widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from husband but not remarried shall be 35 years for Unreserved, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates. For serving Group ”C” and erstwhile Group ‘D’ Railway Staff, Casual Labour and Substitutes, the upper age limit will be up to 40 years for Unreserved candidates, 45 years for SC/ST candidates and 43 years for OBC candidates, provided they have put in a minimum of 3 years service (continuous or in broken spells). For those working in Quai-Administrative offices of the Railway organization such as Railway Canteens, Co-operative Societies and institutes, the relaxation in upper age limit will be up to the length of service rendered, subject to a maximum of 5 years.

3. Click on the “New Registration” link.
4. Fill the basic details carefully & select the post applied for.
5. Fill the other details carefully and submit the application form.
6. Registration Number & Password will be displayed on the screen.
7. Login using the Registration Number and Password.
8. Fill other relevant personal details
9. Now pay the fee through Net Banking/ debit/ credit card/ challan form/ Pay-in-slip.
10. In any branches of SBI (service Charges) apply.
11. Download the blank “Template” by clicking on the link “Download Template”.
12. Affix your colour photograph (of size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm), clear left hand thumb impression, Signature and also copy the declaration
13. Scan the duly filled “Template” in prescribed format.
14. Submit the application form and take the printout copies of application form for future use.

சிறுநீர் கழிக்கப் போன மாற்றுத்திறனாளியை ஆடு திருடன் என்று தாக்கிய 4 பேர்- கைது!

முசிறி: முசிறியில் இரவு நேரத்தில் வயல்வெளியில் நடந்து சென்று கொண்டிருந்த மாற்றுத்திறனாளி ஒருவரை ஆடு திருடன் என்று 4 பேர் தாக்கிய சம்பவம் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அந்த வாலிபரை தாக்கிய 4 பேர் மீதும் போலீசார் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்துள்ளனர். முசிறி அருகே தும்பலம் கிராமத்தில் வசிப்பவர் பாலகுமார். இவர் ஒரு கை மற்றும் ஒரு கால் செயல்படாத மாற்றுத்திறனாளி ஆவார். இயற்கை உபாதை: கடந்த மூன்றாம் தேதி இரவு தும்பலத்தில் உள்ள வங்கியின் பின்புறம் வயல்வெளியில் இயற்கை உபாதையை கழிக்க இருட்டான பகுதிக்கு சென்று கொண்டிருந்தார். அடித்து உதைத்த ஊர்க்காரர்கள்: அப்போது அங்கு வந்த அதே ஊரை சேர்ந்த நடராஜன் , மணி , மனோகரன் மற்றும் சேகர் ஆகியோர் பாலகுமாரை ஆடு திருட வந்ததாக நினைத்து அசிங்கமாக திட்டியும், அடித்து உதைத்துள்ளனர். மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை: இதில் உடல் நலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பால குமார் முசிறி அரசு மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்றுள்ளார். நான்கு பேர் கைது: இது பற்றி பாலகுமார் முசிறி போலீசில் கொடுத்த புகாரின் பேரில் போலீசார் பாலகுமாரை தாக்கிய நான்கு பேரை கைது செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகிறார். ஆடு திருடனாக நினைத்து தாக்குதல்: ஊனமுற்ற இளைஞரை ஆடு திருட வந்ததாக நினைத்து தாக்கிய சம்பவம் அந்த கிராமத்தில் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ்., உள்ளிட்ட குடிமைப் பணிகளுக்கான முதல் நிலைத் தேர்வுக்கான பயிற்சியை தமிழக அரசு அளிக்கவுள்ளது. இந்தப் பயிற்சியில் சேர நுழைவுத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சிப் பெறுவது அவசியமாகும். நுழைவுத் தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிப்பை தமிழக அரசு ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை வெளியிட்டது.

ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ்., உள்ளிட்ட குடிமைப் பணிகளில் தேர்ச்சிப் பெற மூன்று வகையான தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும். அவை முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு, முதன்மைத் தேர்வு, நேர்முகத் தேர்வு.

தமிழகத்தில் குடிமைப் பணிகளுக்கான தேர்ச்சி விகிதத்தை அதிகரிக்க பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. அதன் ஒருபகுதியாக, குடிமைப் பணித் தேர்வுக்கான முதல் நிலைத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி விகிதத்தை

The National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled (NPRD) welcomes the judgment of the Supreme Court setting at rest all hitherto misinterpretations of the three per cent reservation provided to persons with disabilities as per the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995. The Court has ruled that the three per cent reservation applies not just to recruitment to all categories, but to departmental promotions as well.

The apex court while holding that the Centre, states and Union Territories were obligated to implement the provision of reservation for persons with disabilities, reiterated that the principle of not exceeding 50 per cent reservation would not be applicable while granting quota for persons with disabilities. The Court had in October 2013 ruled that the policy of reservations for persons with disabilities was not just against “identified” posts (as was being wrongly interpreted by the government) and had asked it to compute the number of such vacancies in all government departments to give jobs to disabled persons under the three per cent reserved quota within three months. Unfortunately, this order is yet to be implemented.

It also needs to be reiterated that Section 32 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 also mandates that governments “at periodical intervals not exceeding three years, review the list of posts identified and update the list taking into consideration the developments in technology”. That the last time this exercise was undertaken was in 2007, displays the utter callous and insensitive attitude of the government.

Unemployment among the disabled is as high as 66 per cent. Even the existing inadequate opportunities in the government sector are shrinking consequent to policies of outsourcing, contractualisation, casualisation etc.

The NPRD demands that the government implement the Supreme Court directives with regard to computing the number of vacancies; launch special recruitment drives to fill up such vacancies; update the list of identified posts immediately; and also provide reservations in promotions to employees with disabilities.

திருமலை ஏழுமலையானை தரிசிக்க வரும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், தேவஸ்தானத்துக்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்று தேவஸ்தான செயல் இணை அதிகாரி சீனிவாசராஜூ தெரிவித்தார்.

திருமலை ஏழுமலையானுக்கு இந்த மாதம் 26-ஆம் தேதி முதல் வருடாந்திர பிரம்மோத்ஸவம் தொடங்க உள்ளது. அதற்கான முன்னேற்பாடுகளை தேவஸ்தான அனைத்துத் துறை அதிகாரிகளும் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.

அந்த ஏற்பாடுகளை, தேவஸ்தான செயல் இணை அதிகாரி சீனிவாசராஜூ வியாழக்கிழமை பார்வையிட்டார். பின்னர் அவர் கூறியது:

சென்னை; காது கேளாத, வாய் பேசாத நடிகை அபிநயா பாலிவுட் படத்தில் நடிக்க வாய்ப்பு தேடி வந்திருக்கிறது. கிளாமர் ஹீரோயின்கள் அசின், காஜல் அகர்வால், இலியானா, டாப்ஸி என தென்னிந்திய நடிகைகள் வரிசையாக பாலிவுட் படங்களில் நடித்து வருகின்றனர். பாலிவுட்டில் நுழைவதற்கு கிளாமர் தேவையில்லை என்பதை நிரூபித்திருக்கிறார் இளம் நடிகை அபிநயா.

தங்கள் படிப்பின் இறுதி ஆண்டு புராஜெக்ட்டாக இவர்கள் கண்டறிந்துள்ள இந்தக் கருவி மூலம் மறுமுனையில் பேசுபவரின் பேச்சைத் துல்லியமாக உணர முடிவதோடல்லாமல், நம்மைப் போலவே காது கேளாதவர் கள் பொழுதுபோக்காகப் பாடல்களைக் கேட்டும் ரசிக்கமுடியும்.

ஹெட்போன் போன்று இருக்கும் இந்தக் கருவியில் பிரத்யேகமாக இணைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் மோட்டாரில்தான் இருக்கிறது சங்கதி.

ஹெட்போனை மொபைலுடன் இணைத்துப் பேசும்போது மோட்டாரின் அதிர்வினைப் பயன்படுத்தி மறுமுனையில் பேசுபவரின் பேச்சைக் கேட்க முடியும் என்பதே இதன் செயல்பாடு. "பொதுவாகவே மூக்கு, தொண்டை, காது போன்றவை ஒரே நரம்பால் பிணைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. இதனால், இவை எல்லாவற்றையும் இணைக்கும் பாலமான பல் இதற்கு உதவி செய்கிறது. ஹெட்போனில் இருக்கும்.

நீண்ட குச்சி போன்ற அமைப்பு பேசும்போது, தொடர்ந்து பல்லில் பட்டு அதிர்வினை ஏற்படுத்தி காது கேட்பவர்கள் கேட்க உதவி செய்கிறது. இந்தத் தொழில்நுட்பத்தால் பேசுவதைக் கேட்பதோடல் லாமல் பாடலையும் கேட்க முடியும்" என்று சிவனேஷ் தங்கள் கருவியின் செயல்பாட்டைப் பற்றி சாதாரணமாகச் சொல்லிவிட்டாலும் கருவியைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கவே 2,500 ரூபாய் செலவு செய்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

பேட்டரி மூலம் இயங்கும் இந்தக் கருவியை எந்த செல்போனோடு வேண்டுமானாலும் இணைத்துப் பயன்படுத்த முடியும். தற்பொழுது பேடண்ட் வாங்க முயற்சித்து வருகிறார்கள். அது கிடைத்து, தொழிற் சாலையில் தயாரிக்கத் துவங்கி விட்டால் குறைவான விலைக்கே வழங்க முடியும்
என்கிறார்கள்.
