Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
Accounts Officer: The candidates interested in applying for this post should have qualified CA/ICWA. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Personnel Officer: The candidates interested in applying for this post should be holding a first class post graduate degree with minimum 60 percent marks in HR/IR/PM or a first class diploma (two-year) full-time in HR/IR/PM from a reputed institution or a first class MBA with HR specialisation with minimum 60 percent marks from a reputed institution. A degree in Law will be preferred.
Graduate Engineer Trainee: The candidates interested in applying for this post should be holding a first class engineering degree in the disciplines of ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, CIVIL and mechanical with minimum 65 percent marks in aggregate from AICTE approved colleges/recognised Indian universities.
Senior Accounts Officer: The candidates interested in applying for this post should have qualified CA/ICWA, having requisite experience in dealing independently with finance, accounting and auditing functions in a multi product/multi unit environment in a PSU/reputed organisation.
Age limit:
Accounts Officer: The age of the candidates applying for this post should not exceed 33 years.
Personnel Officer: The age of the candidates applying for this post should not exceed 40 years.
Graduate Engineer Trainee: The age of the candidates applying for this post should not exceed 35 years.
Senior Accounts Officer: The age of the candidates applying for this post should not exceed 43 years.
Selection procedure:
A written test and an interview will be conducted for shortlisting and final selection of the candidates.
Pay scale:
Accounts Officer: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 45,822.
Personnel Officer: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 45,822.
Graduate Engineer Trainee: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 33,020.
Senior Accounts Officer: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 57,556.
